Alicia Regis is a British sprinter specialising in the 400m, with the speed to compete strongly over 200m. She holds personal bests of 52.83 seconds for 400m and 23.67 seconds for 200m, both achieved during the 2024 season.

Representing Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers and coached by David Sadkin, Alicia was selected to represent England in the mixed 4x400m relay at the 2026 Loughborough International.

The daughter of Olympic medallists John Regis and Jennifer Stoute, Alicia comes from one of British athletics’ most distinguished sprinting families but continues to forge her own path as she works towards further senior national and international honours.
