Heptathlon
Abigail Pawlett born on 14th January 2003 is an elite British Heptathlete. At just 22 years old she has already established herself among Europe’s top young athletes, holding a personal best of 6320 points in the heptathlon – a score achieved at the 2025 European U23 Championships in Bergan, Norway, where she won the silver medal.
Her performance in Bergen not only secured her a place among Britain’s top- ranked heptathletes but also set a new welsh record for the event. Abigail has continued to impress across the individual disciplines that make up the heptathlon, particularly in the 100m hurdles with a personal best of 12.94 seconds set on 31 May 2025.
In addition to her multi-event success, Abigail was crowned the British indoor Pentathlon Champion and the 2025 indoor 60m hurdles champion, showcasing her dominance across both power and technical events.
