Adel Mechaal (born 5 December 1990) is a Moroccan-born Spanish middle- and long-distance runner. In the 1500m, Mechaal placed fourth at the 2017 World Championships, and fifth at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Over the 5000m, Mechaal won the silver medal at the 2016 European Championships. He is a three-time European Indoor Championships 3000m medallist.

Mechaal is the Spanish indoor record holder for the 1500m and held the European indoor 3000m record in 2022 with a time of 7:30:82.
