Mackenzie Little strikes Commonwealth gold

Astra Partners athlete Mackenzie Little has won women’s javelin gold for Australia at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

Little produced a season-best throw of 61.88m to secure victory ahead of New Zealand’s Tori Moorby, with Kenya’s Irene Jepkemboi taking bronze.

The victory earns Mackenzie her first Commonwealth title, upgrading the silver medal she won at Birmingham 2022.

Everyone at Astra Partners congratulates Mackenzie on an outstanding performance and a thoroughly deserved gold medal.
