Astra Partners Welcomes New Zealand Record Holder Tommy Te Puni

Astra Partners is delighted to announce the signing of New Zealand sprinter and national 200m record holder Tommy Te Puni.

The 24-year-old has established himself as one of New Zealand’s leading sprint talents, competing across the 100m, 200m and 400m and representing his country on the international stage.

Tommy made history over 200m when he clocked 20.35 seconds, breaking the New Zealand national record. He followed that performance by claiming the New Zealand 200m title and has continued to establish himself against leading international competition.

Representing New Zealand at the Oceania Championships, Tommy won an individual bronze medal over 200m and was part of the New Zealand mixed 4x400m relay team that claimed the Oceania title.

With international experience and proven speed across the sprint distances, Tommy joins Astra at an exciting stage of his career as he looks to build on his national success and continue progressing on the global stage.
